How could Lon Nol get rid of the Yuons from Cambodia, while King Sihanouk, who had more power and popularity than Lon Nol, allowed the Yuons to use the Cambodia territory, more over he supplied the Yuons with plenty of food and medicine? Lon Nol was Sihanouk's righ-hand man; therefore, he had to follow Sihanouk's orders, no exception. Sihanouk knew in advance that he was unable to chase the Yuons out, he then shited the responsibility to Lon Nol by naming his new government as Roatha Phibal Sroch Srong Jiat. He then packed half of an airplane of his belongings, knowing that he would never come back until the problems were totally solved by Lon Nol. Lon Nol could have solved the problems if by then King Sihanouk just stayed silent in Paris.
