IRI has had in the past and at present time never favor the RGC and all knew that John MaCain the chairman of IRI is said to be a cloese allly with SR [some where in KI-media did so published a picture of J. MaCain and SR].
Does anyone here know why IRI change its mind?
One scenario is may be [Said may be] they recognized that RGC under the Hun Sen leadership has done good job or moving in the right direction.

You have to know that peopel who conducted this survey were khmer people employed bu IRI who are CPP leaning. Sioo tehy fudged teh figures to demoralize the people, as per the instruction from the ir CPP bosses. they are spies within the IRI. The IRI should review the backgrounds of their staff carefully. Everything in cambodia is faked.

IF YOU PAY JUST A LITTE ANALYZE TO IRI SURVEY, you could see the different picture.
72% said Cambodia heads to the right direction, but 32% and 30% are concerning or unhappy with corruption and injustice. There is no and margin of error of this survey. Let factoring out 4 +/- point of every data collected. Added 72-62+ average 31 point negative so equal to 41 point or % along with 4% +/- margin on error.
So the total approval of people who said the country heads to the rigth direction down to 37% negative or 45% positive scewed raw data with less then 50 % to get average point of bell curve.
SURVEY IS A SURVEY! WE NOT ANGRY FOOL LIKE AH KWACK, ABOUT ANY THING BAD ABOUT HIM!
