City hall and JICA was conducted a trial on mass public transport in the past but people of Phnom Penh were unconvinced about the project.

Soon the gasoline will hit the US$1.70 or even higher [by year end] if the price of crude is on the increase, if OPEX would not lift their production.
It's time for all countries that has more than 50 millions in population to go nuke. This will help lowered the demand for oil and drop its price to help the 3rd world countries.
5,500 riels per liter. that is more expensive than in the USA which runs around $4.50 per gallon as liter is less than gallon. how could people there afford it?
