Prime minister Hun Sen claimed one more time that the CPP will transfer power peacefully to the winning party if the CPP loses the upcoming 27 July election. During a speech given in the province of Pursat on Monday, his last speech before a month long silence prior to the election, Hun Sen firmly said: “You win, you take everything, I will walk out, all the CPP officials will walk out. We are prepared to announce our acceptance of the election results immediately. My remaining duty and that of the other leaders includes preserving good stability and transfer power peacefully to the winning party, because it does not mean that you win the election tomorrow and you can occupy the Council of Ministers right away. The National Assembly will meet no later than 60 days after the election, let’s say it takes 40 to 45 days for the National Assembly to convene, then the government will be formed, and the new government has to take oath to occupy its function, only at that time that the old government ends its term. At that time, I will go the Council of Ministers to sign the transfer and order all government officials to transfer their seals and everything else to the wining prime minister. The new PM will peacefully receive power from my hands, as well as everything else from Hun Sen era.”

CPP will win for sure.
cpp will go to hell because ah hun sen doesn't care about khmers people.
Another Empty Promise, Mee Jkout (Socheata)? FYI, There hasn't been a single false promise yet. PM Hun Sen is not Ah Zimbabwean Scam Rainxy, in case you don't know.
What did this Deyoyo PM had for dinner night before?
Is he on OMS mood swing?
There is a catch there,it takes few days to set up a Coup not 45-60days.
I am not an anti government nor pro government but what I notice is that:
- When he talk about stop illegal logging trees, many activities raise heavier then he said
- When he said about stop detaining victims of land grabing, many victims still were detained by police, some missing and some died.
- When he talk about stop importing righ steering(?) car, many black businessmen imported it.
- When he focus on anti corruption, nothing can cure this social disease and become culture of management. the one took corruption or selling drug, not get punishment but promoted to higher position in the government.
- ....
How can I believe?
I still haven't found a good adviser obviously.
They should the KR court should arrest this guy now.
Few months ago he want to wage war if he lose the election. Today he and his party just leave without making any trouble. (Mentally unstable.)
Tomorrow you'll be a monk, like Ta Mok????
Please don't say that you want to be a dog if you lose the election, because you are a dog already!!!
Je ne crois pas du tout ce que Hun Sen a promis au peuple. C'est une promesse dans l'air.
Well, all promises had been delivered and will be delivered, one way or another. No leader on this planet can claimed that.
A guy who would believe Hun Sen is that Vietcong worshiper of Ho Chi Minh. You know that guy who looks for infidels Khmer-Youn.
Eeeeeh! Retarded asshole where are you, it's time to do a cut and past of your famous propaganda comment here.
Down and Out ! ah Hun Sen, a third-year- elementary-school- educated Prime Minister with 29 years of holding power, is the Criminal against humanity in Cambodia and is a former Khmer Rouge soldier in Khmer Rouge Regime, from CPP (Communist Pro youn Party)
