Thais was original from Dai ethnic living in China province of Yunan. Before the Mongolan invasion into China, THai has a country called Nan Zhao which was outside of the present Thai borders. THe country is border with Tibet, China and present Thai Border. Thais has their original character Chinese ( they can witness their first King at the Ayuthia compound. Everything was similar with Chinese. When Mongole invaded China, Thai king has taken refugee in Cambodian land along with hundred thousands of Thai people. THey have extend their power within Cambodian land until 1238, they have rebelled with Cambodian King to declare independent within Cambodian land and established themselve as Sokhothai. They have abandoned their original scripture and have created a new one of today by combiding Khmer and Mon culture. They have extended their land when Cambodian king of Angkor killed khmers people for organs to supply to Mongole king as a surender Nation. How on earth Thais can forget this story? Areak Prey

Hey 12:04 PM, You are one of the true Cambodian patriotic guy. You are absolutely correct that you know the history of Cambodia. I bet you know more history more than those guy working for HUN SEN adminstration. Those Cambodian pretender only knows $$$$, they pretending to be Khmer and destroy us from the within. For i.e, HOR,HOK,SOK AN, are these people know our history? Right now you said that Thai are more to chinese but look at us now, they getting there.
The temple only belong to Khmer. There is no Khmer-Thai related. Only Khmer-surin. Khmer will take back most of the provinces in Thailand. I hope Khmer nationlists in Thailand will wake up one day.
school should make it mandatory to learn khmer history and geography in order to graduate as well as the khmer language skill in cambodia.
But in the article, the thai didn't say they had settled on cambodian land...they made the war to take the khmer land. Espèce de voleur!
They were called 'Siem' not 'Siam'! They have khmer blood in theirs as they ressemble to us coz they don't look like chinese at all!
