JUDGE REFUSES TO RELEASE DAM SITH ON BAIL
Today the Judge issued a decision not to release newspaper editor Dam Sith on bail.
The decision is officially based on three reasons:

- To prevent the accused from committing other crimes.
- To prevent social chaos.

The court and judges in Cambodia have no authority over the CPP.
They are also in death threat by the CPP.
The political judge in Cambodia, the judge for the people having power but nut for Cambodian all. What kind of this judge? No more differenz from Khmer Rouge anyway.

I think the Hornorable Chhay Kong had done a great service for Cambodian people by punshing the thugs, thieves and the mischreats for commiting, crimes and the atrocities against the innocence victims, the poors individuals. I also think if we want to improve our Judicial system and creat a better democracy for our people (Cambodian people) we need to weed out the criminals such as Dam Sith, in this case, and many more ...like him.
