I am undeniably agreed with you that we Khmer always have militarily weaker than Siam since the fall of Angkor, but I am undoubtedly believing that we Khmer will fight with Siam till the last blood dripping on our beloved motherland.
We are not weaker than the siam.
The siam think that if a war happens they will finish us in 2-3 months, because they relied on they military hardware.
The reality is that this war will last years, and this will prompt all the Khmer in Thailand to rebel against them also. Don't forget we have our brother Khmer Krom.
If they are crazy enough to start a war then good luck to them.
All their military deployment is just show off.
So do not be impress by their equipment.
We can win jungle battles, we have experience. Thais don't. When it could come to that, we have a great chance of winning any battle.

I'm not so sure that this words of you will reach the commanders of these young men whom has not been having a good foods or water to drink. I am agreeing with you that khmer's blood will spill until the last drop, but don't forget about the Viets they are waiting for this moment to happen. I personally should think that the UNESCO whom drawn these issue should invite all the UN members to support the decission of what out come so that we don't have to go and get kill. I used to fight, catching malaria and cold when rainning season come and I am sick of fighting. I was young like those khmer soldiers once I feel what they are feeling, I just wish everyone hold their anger and think of how much this would affect the khmer childrens and women when all of those soldiers not returning home.

Don't be so optimistic and don't count on khmers in THAILAND or anywhere else to come to our side.For khmers to win this battle,khmers have to have military superiority ,and at this moment ,khmers did not.This is a conflict between two countries.If our military is strong,THAI WOULD NOT DARE TO OCCUPY OUR SOIL EVER.Hun Sen understood that very well, that's why he won't repel the enemy by force and painfully go for diplomatic channel to solve the crisis .As for combat experiences in jungle warfare,oh! forget about that,it has been 20 years ago.Time had changed.Jungle warfare is nothing but an attack here and there to disrupt, when facing with overwhelm forces ,jungle war did not last ,and usually the host country is destroyed.
Khmer military or RCFA somehow was not always consider NATIONAL ARMED FORCES but rather CPP'S gard.The Army sometime was used to protect illegal logging or oppress unarmed civilians or land grabbing etc....

If you really know wars, you should know that is not by pounding the enemy day and night with heavy artillery, that you make them disappears. If this is the case the KR would be wipe out by the American in no time.

It is the tough decision for Cambodians and the government to have war with thailand.Our home have burned many times from the exterior and interior which are the factors making Cambodia weak to thailand.thailand is well known as an opportunism country in south east Asia.As many Cambodian know that this conflict isn't an incidence,it is a well plan between top royal king and the top leader of the current gov.PM Thaksin was not trusted look and not capable to tackle this plan so he outed.The plan is simple:the right hand cold and the left hand hot,with their two hands they can stir up and open the old wound for Cambodia as they did before when Khmer Empire confronted with the heavily flood at Angkor Wat basin and at one time that Khmer people had chaos at LONGWEK city.
Now again they know that they going to gain some benefits from Cambodia that's why they have to do something while their military are better equipped than Cambodia,secondly Cambodia is in trouble with illegal vietnams who are becarefully watching Cambodia moves flowing into its territory so they have more chances to collect the harvest.
The only way we win the fight we must unite with brothers and sisters in KKK and Khmer SURIN.

HUN SEN should send those GEnerals and all his parasites advisers to the battle fields now.Cambodia was well known to have more Generals than VIETNAM and THAILAND combine.It's going to be a hell of fight, but don't count on them yet cuz some of them are pig butchers( chen kap chrouk).

You want to see all others treaty invalidated, easy just don't respect 1907 Treaty and step into Cambodia territory, see what will happen to your country.
