Kem Sokha, president of the Human Rights Party (HRP), accompanied by his family, voted this morning in Kampong Cham city where he is a candidate. Reached by phone, Kem Sokha said that the condition at the polling station was very calm when he arrived there. He also said that the reason for this was the fact that the voters came very early to vote. Nevertheless, with frustration, he noted that a “large number of voters do not have their names on the voting list,” and consequently, “they could not vote.” He added: “People contacted me in several places to let me know this same problem. This is a maneuver made the ruling party and the NEC.” In spite of difficulties, he said that his party members were able to vote nonetheless.

The HRP was set up in 2007. Its main policy is the development of agriculture and the fight against corruption. This is the first time that the HRP enters the election race. During the election campaign, Kem Sokha was optimistic that his party will obtain seats.

Accordingto 1/2 votes counted in some areas, Kem sokha party hardly scored any votes. just a waste of votes to the main opposition SRP.

7:36PM. Cambodia should have only two parties, CPP and Opposition whoever it is. Ms Arun and Rannaridh are CPP's tools to divide votes from the anti-CPP or opposition. Ms Arun and Rannaridh are just there to get cash from the CPP, they have nothing to lose after they got a few seats, but the fact Rannaridh is history.
I even believe that Rannaridh and Ms. Arun's parties were organized by the help of the CPP to take votes from the opposition.

From many concern Khmers I heard that without a UNITY or if Rainsy and Kem Sokha cannot work together, this nation Cambodia deserves to be suffered until no more land left to call Cambodia. May be it is going to be this way.

This is the last straw, Khmer people lose hope on both Rainy and Kem Sokha who refused to work together. May be these two are just there to look good that Khmers have some body like them, but who knows if Rainsy and Kem Sokha are also Vietnamese's tools the same as CPP. If not why cannot they work together for a tiny nation sandwitched between Vietnamese and Thailand?

I promise not to support Kem Sokha and Rainsy any financially anymore, and I care no more about Cambodia. Death to all parties in Cambodia. SRP, HRP, CPP, FUNCENPEC, NRP.

A very concern Khmer citizen.

It's simple they should count all the votes in the presence of the international observers.

Then whoever that have its names removed must vote and we'll see who is the real winner.
