From looking at this cartoon, the cartoonist is not founded of Khmers. He usually portrayed Khmers as weak and the enemy is strong. In fact our PM Hun Sen is not weak as this person portrayed Khmers to be.

thailand is stronger than cambodia, my ass. luck was more like it as cambodia was involved in civil conflict when thailand enjoyed peace and economic prosperity; it has nothing to do with superiority than cambodia or whatever. watch, when thailand involved in civil war, they too will be dirt poor and their economy will suffer the same fate like what happened in cambodia in the past couple of decades. it's all in the mind and attitude, and has nothing to do with thai people better than khmer people or whatever. a lot of bullshit coming from thailand, as always. so, it that how thailand taught their people to look down on cambodia? what goes around comes around! karma! god bless cambodia.
