It's time to stop all rhetorics and counter rhetorics. The local people doesn't care for that craps. They just want a Joint Development so that they will have some income to feed their family.
JOINT DEVELOPMENT????? Certainly not the Cambodians. Perhaps, ah Nan Chao Siems should let the Khmer people of Thailand RULE over Thailand, then we can talk about the "joint development". However, as long as the Khmer people in Thailand are treated as simply fallen defeated ethnic minority group and the Khmer language and customs are still discriminated against and outlawed by ah Nan chao Siem policy, then there is joint development whatsoever. Again, only if the Khmer people in Thailand RULE that country and the Khmer langauge is made as the Official langauge of that country, then would there be a joint development. If there is no existence of such practices, then forget it. Hahhaha. Khmer PEOPLE in Thailand MUST stand uppppppppp. Hahha.
