Minister of Foreign Affairs Tej Bunnag stated that a second meeting between him and his Cambodian counterpart at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Hua Hin will be a continuation of discussions started in Cambodia concerning border conflicts surrounding the Phrea Vihear National Park.
Asked if the Ta Moan Thom temple compound would be discussed Mr. Tej said that it was unlikely as the discussions have the expressed purpose of resolving conflict over Phrea Vihear. The minister also said that the situation will most likely improve following Army Commander General Anupong Paojinda’s inspection of troops stationed at the historical site.
