Jailed Khmer Rouge leader Ieng Sary was transported to a Phnom Penh hospital Friday for a medical exam, officials said.
He was transported to the hospital after discovering blood in his urine, a symptom of an "old illness," tribunal spokesman Reach Sambath said.
The 82-year-old former foreign minister remained in the hospital Monday.
