PHNOM PENH, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia will hold a secondary high school test this year on Aug. 4-6 which nearly 80,000 students to attend, an education official said Sunday.
Choeung Lim Sri, head of department for general education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, said that this year the number of students increased about 20,000 comparing with the previous year because the government allowed primary school teachers to be able to test for secondary high school level.
He also appealed to students not to be cheated with false answers sheets sold by deceivers before and during the test.
The test is focused on the subjects of science and social humanities, he said, adding that Cambodia still lacks materials for students to practice at the laboratory.
Meanwhile, Rong Chhun, president of the Independence Teacher Association, appealed to the education ministry to take actions against the irregularity and corruption during the test because some opportunists will use the test for their personal benefit.

It's cheating time! Only the rich will pass the exam; the poor will be left out. Of course, undoubtedly, the answers to the exam questions have been past to the rich families and friends on the eve of the examination. What a pathetic system?!

-Any serious cheating occur at any examination facilities, then sack the top responsible person out of the position(Effective Reinforcement of law)!!!!!
-Any attempts to cheat facilitated by anyone, the top responsible person has to report to the news and reveal that culprit to the news too, SO that person will be fired from their position!!!! (Effective Reinforcement of law)
-The teachers (well-known that they have no choice for the sake of their living-they are unconciously used as tools in this designed corrupted system) help students to cheat, sack the teacher and in extreme case SACK the top responsible person!!!! Yet the fact behind all of this is: The top responsible persons ranging from Prime Minister to his cabinates and the system he's set up are all corrupted or NO CHOICE to commit corruption to SOCIALIZE IN THE SYSTEM!!! SO AGAIN CORRUPTION IS COMMON IN CAMBODIA-YOU FOLKS HAS TO LIVE WITH IT FOR GENERATIONS TO COME!!!!!

Corruption is commonly a tradition in Cambodia now.
But the most concern for this country is Education. Without education, this country is never recover again.
That's way Ah Youn use this method to make Khmer student lack of education due to corruption in the school form primary to secondary school and continue to university.
More student graduate, more un-employment in this country. The fucking Youn use this method to make cambodian student lost their mind in studying.
So please help our child for the next generation if you don't think for yourself now.
