HAVANA, Cuba, August 19 (acn) A group of 13 youngsters from the Kingdom of Cambodia —who will study sports, health technology, the humanities and other disciplines in Cuban higher educational centers— were seen off at the Cuban embassy in their country.
During the ceremony, Chargé d’affaires Odalys López urged the students to make the best use of the scholarships granted by the Cuban government, the island’s Foreign Ministry website reported.

it's better to study in the USA, EU, or japan. why cuba? a tiny island communist country that is dirt poor! most of the cubans are rather migrate to the USA!
