I would like to ask your fello cambodian citizen to take attention to my comment on how Cambodian election should have a result in distributing in seating of different parties in the house.
Cambodia has adopted a proportional system of election. All cambodian voters have voted recently for party votes instead of electorate votes. Therefore, all highest votes in each electorate cannot be treated as a winning seat of the party who has the highest votes at all. This kind of vote is to find out how many votes each party has received in each electorate. The calculation of seats of each party should be worked out with the the share of percentage of each party in the whole country. If a party has received a share of one representative, then that party should has their representative in the house.
Through the recent election, I found that;
CPP has 58.22% will get 72 seats
SRP has 21.85% will get 27 seats
HRP has 6.37% will get 8 seats
NRP has 5.60% will get 7 seats
FunP has 5.04% will get 7 seats
ALL for DE has 1.27% get 2 seats
Proportional system is to allow small parties to have a voice in the house. Each vote of the voter is to send their representative as many as they can to the House. We cannot say which party is a winner or a looser. Every vote is a winning vote. If they don't like to vote, the voter wouldn't come to vote. So NEC has to distribute all seating accordingly to their share of the election result. Areak Prey
According to the deprivation of a large of number of voters by the CPP, the CPP deserves 60 seats, the SRP, 40, the HRP 15, the Royalist 8 as many.
Congratulation to people who vote for Ah Hun. Sooner or later Ah Hun Khvack will kill you all without anybody realizing. You can wait and see my friends.
I call all foreign investors and international community to boycott and divestment in Cambodia until human rights and international law are respected.

Sacrava should go easy on the SRP. He knows Sam Rainsy said he was to win. A day after the election he said the results were close.
At the end, the bar for SRP drops from over 50% to 27 seats.

Khun Thais understand that Strong man /Samdach Decho does not dare to use the Iron Fist with Khun Thais,,,, his Iron fist is only for Cambodians themselves......
Because when samdach Decho use Iron Fist Khun Thais will release all Secret info. he had done... to confront with 192/107/1904.2000/1993(Paris Agreements.... and his close friend Vietnam would not help him.. if helps Vietnam also loses...(Border Agreement-VN-Cam)....
Decho knows very well what his part has done with Khun Thais.. eand especially militry is too weak....morally and physically.....
