JUSTIFYING THE DELETION OF 585,723 VOTERS' NAMES
Slightly before the July 27, 2008 election the National Election Committee deleted 585,723 names from the voter registry. First, voters whose names were submitted for deletion were blacklisted. They then had to prove that they were "not dead" and had "not moved" from the commune if they wanted to be taken out of the black list (called 1025 Form}, which was established on the basis of indications/allegations from CPP-affiliated village chiefs. Of course, most of the blacklisted people were non-CPP supporters whom the CPP wanted to disenfranchise. It was an illegal reversal of the burden of the proof. This is why, in an August 22, 2008 letter to NEC President Im Suosdey, SRP President Sam Rainsy asks for evidence on which the NEC based its decision to delete the 585,723 names.

Well like CPP in the dark and you want to trace every move of CPP's trick to win the election. You overlooked this fact and result turned out hopelessly. The strategies to counter-attack such tactics are:
1. Put yourself in CPP's shoes. Everyone knows CPP would not win the election if without the cunning hidden tricks like: intimidation, provoke the nationalixm, establish scenes to fool brainless low-educated suburb remotet area people, create ghost voters, delete possible SRP's supperters'names from the voters'list and ....etc.
2. Like a scenario: the nearly-disappeared parties like Funcinpec or Norodom will have to use its last minute in power to earn the best sum of money they can, and so CPP knows too well that these parties will have any better choices but to lobby for positions and in return favor the CPP by supporting. These two parties have to vanish from the earth of Cambodia sooner since they will impose curse on Cambodians'hardships and worsen the corrupting system and poverty. However, SRP can play along by itself alone since it has had enormous support of people mentally. Yet watch out the breakaways for short-term benefits of the low-grounded officials.
3. Cambodia's political ground will never be stable and internationally recognized without the presence of Opposition party, SRP. Then it is needless for SRP to swear in positions of parliamentarians to form the govt. It will jeopardize the effort and quest to have election re-voted. Obviously, your quest will receive satisfied answers with the support of international communities and eventually the govt. cannot take your complaints for granted at all!!!!!The seats for SRP should have reach at least 40(forty)!!!!!This is obviously visible!!!!
Go on and Fight for this fairness and SRP deserves the success, finally!!!!!!!!

Hun Xen is a big traitor in Cambodia's history. Think he's the smartest, yet look very stupid in the eyes of neigboring countries. Those countries know too well that Hun Xen is overwhelmingly concerning only about self-family's interests and power.And of course the neigboring countries comprehends Hun Xen attitude too well that Hun Xen treat his people like a puppet or even worse a beggar or slaves that work for his self-family's sustainable growth.
And it has been obviously seen that Hun's govt. is any better than leeks or bloodsuckers of own people. The govt. is acting like a "DOG" asking for food or survival from the LORD,AH Siams. Dude Khmers you name for this govt. any better than "Dog" by its response to invaders Ah Siams?
Let us think about this: The burglar comes into your house, so what is your immediate response??? Negotiate with burglars?????Compromise the burglars to take some and leave some????? At least we dudes khmer will teach Ah Chor Siam A lesson not like The current govt. only barks the same bullshits with Ah Siam stepping foots on their head and act like DOGS. These doggy leaders should vanish any soon if god open their eyes!!!!

can feel the sense of wise patriotixm of elite Cambodians here. And allow me to share my lesson of history here:
Until now have I better clearly realized the "poor mentality of Cambodians". Its leaders, except during King built Angkors, are
"own interests/powers-motivated"
rather than put the national's crying or interest on top as the priority during their reign. The leaders by all means have established "the system" to secure their, clan's interests and power rather to establish a strong foundation for the nation to growth. Let us talk about Khmer history in the past and as well as from the so-called founder of Reas Nyum, Norodom Sihanouk. The kings all believe they are "God" and their sole decisions should be highly-valued. And the result: Khmer falled from Kingdom Empire to this size of torn-apart land. And Sihanouk, coz of self-pride and ambition to win over Lon Nol, invited Pol Pot to come in Power. Result: the massacre of own blood. You see the moving trend of Cambodia is that: "More blood of Cambodians have been and will continuouly be spilled" and the country downwardly become "weaker and weaker, smaller and smaller". And now Hun sen any better??? any strong, healthy foundation for the nation to grow??? Corruption, illegal immigration, killing own people, compatriots to defend self-family's interest and powers!!!!! Any slight difference and isn't it in the past footprints of the leaders in the past?????
I sadly say that the more time Cambodia is under such leadership of self-family interests/power and those leaders do not establish strong, healthy foundation for the nation, then not in the long run Cambodia will be torn-apart and fall under neighboring's colonization. And Cambodians historically known as elites of the empire will call themselves "aliens" living in own their mother-land.
May god blesses Cambodia...
While stuggling for reelection, don't forget to take up the party's internal shaking.
I have two motivations regarding Mr. Korm's move:
1- It's undiniable that he's the former foreign minister of Hun Sen's govt. during the 1980s. As CPP speculated since the begining that Mr. Rainsy would be main rival for Hun Sen's CPP in the long run, thus managing him to join SRP was the CPP's tactic to put Mr. Rainsy's political move on CPP's political map... Thus, Mr. Rainsy would never frame his power in his political life. And when time comes, Mr. Korm will leave SRP and put SRP in a diificult position...Now it's clear for his move... To make it a clear picture, there's a practice in CPP's internal and secrete regulation. Key members are taken key positions in the govt. with following seniority in the party. As Long as Mr. Namhong remains in FM position, Mr. Korm will not be seen to take that post. But now, Namhong's FM post is saken due to his age of over 70...Likely, he is reappointed to FM for 2 more years for the 4th terms of Hun Sen's govt. When Namhong left in the near future, Korm will be replaced. From this point of view, Mr. Korm's move now could prove it.
2- Second motivation is that by contrast, Mr. Korm's move at this point meant that he foresees no hope for SRP to take power in any near future as CPP has grown stronger from one election to another... Korm is getting old, but his political carrier couldn't prove any success. So, why he has to waste time with SRP. This proved the same move of Mr. Eng Chhay Eang a few days ago. His land granted for SRP headquater over 10 years could make him a rich man if he invest it...However, it's not late for him as land price goes up sharply. It could be a presure from him family too...
Wait and see, what's next for SRP...
