Thailand yesterday denied a Cambodian accusation its troops had moved closer to Ta Kwai temple, saying that was unneeded as the ruins were inside Thai territory.
Bangkok also hit back at Phnom Penh, protesting through Cambodian ambassador Ung Sean that Cambodian troops had violated Thailand's sovereignty.
The Foreign Ministry said on its website that the temple, called Ta Krabey in Cambodia, is located in Phanom Dong Rek district of Surin province. It is 13km east of Ta Muen temple in the same district and 150km west of Preah Vihear.
The ministry's was responding to Cambodian government spokesman Khieu Kanharith, who claimed on Monday that Thai troops had moved into the area.
Instead, the ministry said, Phnom Penh sent ''a Cambodian armed unit'' into Ta Kwai on Saturday and it withdrew only after repeated calls by Thai authorities.
The ministry yesterday lodged an official protest with Cambodia.
Foreign affairs permanent secretary Virasakdi Futrakul handed the ambassador a letter saying: ''These acts constituted a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Thailand,'' and urged the Cambodian government not to do it again.
The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to closely cooperate with Cambodia to end the border demarcation disputes.

The only way for Cambodian government to verify every square inch of Cambodian territories is to take the border conflict matter with United Nations Security Council!
Hun Sen can only do so much to put the lid on the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict for now but once Hun Sen step down from power and the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict can become a flash point in the future!
I believe the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict can be solved right now and why wait for the next generation to solve the border matter through arm conflict?
Thailand must recognize international map otherwise if Thailand continue to use their map to violate Cambodian sovereignty and it will never lead to any peaceful bilateral talk!
There is no point to promote bilateral talk if the Thai leaders continue to use their map which is not recognized by international community!

What should the Cambodian leaders do?
- Continue the So-called Friendly, Bilateral Negotiations with good neighboring Thailand.
- Or Bilateral Judo Match for ASEAN JUDO CUP 2008 on the International RING sponsored by the US and China.This should be between Thai New Prime Minister, and the Cambodia's Century-long Prime Minister.
And, the Referree and judges must be Thais.The viewers are only Thais and Khmers.
If not satisfied with judges's decision, must referred to the former Great Kings of Kampuja in 8th to 12th Centuries.

Anyone wants to make friend with someone doesn't want to do with you?... What does patient mean? Afraid? Coward? Why do we hold our complain to UN or IC? Is there any other reasons behind? Have ever you seen a pair of controversy paties finishing their conflict especially on violation case at their stage? It is an rarely case happened. IC and/or UN will be best option for our case.
here are the lessons you folks have apparently learnd:
1. You folks might be taught to hate COMMUNISM SINCE THE SYSTEM ABUSE THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOM, SAY FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF PROTESTS. That's proven to be ultimately correct since there is extreme range of diversity preferrable for peopel AND PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE UNDER INTIMIDATION OR SUPPRESSION TO JUST FOLLOW THROUGH THE DESIGNED AND ASSIGNED ONE.
2. Democracy proven to serve the people's interest-the national interest SINCE THEORIETICALLY THE GOV.T IS FORMED BY PEOPLE AND FOR PEOPLE.AND THE SYSTEM MUST SECURE AT ALL COST THE BASIC RIGHTS AND FREEDOM NOT TO MENTION THAT PEOPLE CAN PROTEST WHEN THEY DISGUST SOMETHING.
-My important message is: until now the gov.t is far from named itself as a RULE OF DEMOCRACY-NO EFFICIENT RULE OF LAW YET JUST MEMORANDUMS OR WORDS OF LAWS FROM THE SOLE MOUTH, the so-called hun sen. And basic human rights or freedom still facing extreme abuse-not secure by independent, neutral bodies of law and authories are all about immplementing party's orders.
My second important message is: Khmers were not fooled and exploited once but for hundred times already-read the history pro-cpp. KHMERS CAN PRAISE CHINA OR RUSSIA OR OTHER DIE-HARD COMMUNIST LEADERS, BUT THE FACT FROM THE HISTORY THAT"PROTECTING JUST THE SYSTEM THAT BENEFITS INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILY" WILL BRING DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES FOR THE COUTRY. Take kings'past history internal fighting for the crown and resulted in ceding more and more land to neighboring countries... and SIHANOUK to determined to retain the MONARCHY AND DISPLAYED HIS BOASTFUL PRIDE (still true until now-bowing to the regime as long as his monarchy still exist) invited pol pot-the massacre of own-blood people. And pol pot the PURE INSANE COMMUNIST PULLED THE STRING,AND SUPPORTED BY CHINA ignorantly yet consciously led the coutry to total devastation. AGAIN THE PROTECTION OF OWN REGIME REGARDLESS WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES HAS BROUGHT ABOUT. And current leaders any major shifting from repeating the history? CHINA OR RUSSIA CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND ANY IMMPLEMENTATION AIMING TO PROTECT INDIVIDUAL OR PARTY INTERESTS WILL RESULT IN REPEATING THE HISTORY AND CHINA OR RUSSIA WILL EXPLOIT AND FOOL THIS FOOL COUNTRY UNTIL NOT A MILLI INCH OF LAND REMAIN!

While waiting for an international solution, we must make sure that the thais respect us by defending vigorously our borders even if that means military skirmishes and casualties.
