these girls do it because they have to not that they want to. the Govt. must be responsible for this.

The government is not only responsible- it is the men who are responsible too! Cambodian society must create an environment where this kind of abuse is not tolerated. As it is now, Cambodian men think they are powerful and proud to treat women this way. It is shameful.

These men on the video are VERY SICK.

I must have concur with everyone on the comment that the government
is responsible for such act.

to create an environment where this is not tolerated means having a government that gives a dam and enforce the law. Doesn't that ring a tone?

Oh right it's the government's fault for this happening. God forbid a Cambodian male actually taking responsibility for his OWN actions. Cambodian men treat women here like crap and then claim the government is at fault. Nice. Cambodian men must tell themselves and their friends that it is shameful and cruel to go to prostitutes and treat women this way. But they will not for fear of seeming weak. Cambodian PEOPLE must act to change the bad parts of society here. Not be lazy and sit back and wait for the government to do it or an NGO.

How can you ensure long term stability with 6 million poor with growing hatre and hopeless dream?

Poverty Reduce by giving more opportunity and social welfare to the poor.

Now, Christian and external NGOs,... lots outsiders are taking care of the 6 million poor. This lead to the future breakup of Cambodia as it happened in the Story of " Things fall apart" about how Africa was colonized by the British

That's why we have the US Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to ensure that the growth of prostitution is prosperous. After all, this is what the Westerners are after irrespective of human rights abuses. Plus, this is a part of economic growth in Cambodia, and the US and the EU do not like it --but loved it!

Cambodia to Cambodia, you hyprocrits.
