Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen has ordered an investigation into the distrubution of leaflets insulting the country's king, Norodom Sihamoni and leaders of the ruling Cambodian People's Party.

The political fliers flooded the city prior to last week's opening of the National Assembly.

The Phnom Pehn Post reports the leaflets call the King "a puppet" of Hanoi and Beijing and described the Prime Minister as a national traitor.

The Opposition Sam Rainsy Party says it had nothing to do with the leaflets.

Yet another government political set up to silence the opposition supporters (or leaders). In fact, this another business as usual for the ruling party.

This example shows clearly once again that Cambodia is not still ready for the democracy and the human rights.

In Cambodia, the democracy is the door opened to coups d'état and to extremism.

That is needed for Cambodia it is an authoritarian political system.
What is needed to save Cambodia, it is the enlightened dictatorship which only can insure the country a long-lasting political stability.

The UN-established democracy (undoubtedly in peril)will never be restored as long as the US (still) supports dictatorship. Moreover, everyone knows that the US has egregious reputation of supporting dictators throughout the globe.

Hun Sen,

Why you spend your time on a marginal thing like this. Your bad image and reputation will be restored if you are much more focused on an urging issue concerning the day-to-day life of your impoverished country: Corruption, Land Grabbing, Nepotism, Poverty, Social and Moral value decline, etc...
Please bring dignity to Cambodian...
Your Image will be fully restored if you can bring Wealth to all Cambodians,

Why? That is the stupidest question I heard in months, but no surprise because, typically, Ah Khmer-Oversea is totally retarded.

We all know who did it. If he's smart, he'll turned himself in. There is no place to hide for thousands of Kilometers.
