Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, premier of the Cabinet, sent a congratulatory message to Hun Sen upon his reelection as prime minister of Cambodia on Sept. 27.
Expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would more favorably develop in the future, the message wished him greater success in his responsible work for prosperity of the country and welfare of the people.
