No, they are not in poverty. drop out is not caused by poverty, many poor students couldn't even affort to pay their fees and living, but they stil could complete their study.
They are just greedy, or make a show to the outside community to gain more sympathy, but they forgot how many people were suffered during his reign.
Move your family into jail with you.

Agreed! And I second that!
I despise all criminal activities done by bad guys. But the children of the bad, in my opinion, have little or perhaps nothing to do with those crime. Have love towards them and partially unfreeze their assets so that they may become good and productive citizens. Remember, those children have nothing to do with the accused criminal activities. Love the children please. Thank you.
TO 12:25AM
DO THE ASSETS generated from the Criminal Activities? if Yes! we should not give it to the criminal's children but to the children of the victimes!
Please love and held the children of the honesty people vitimized by the criminals!
I hope the chief rot in hell.
1:08AM,
We do not know exactly how the rich assets get accumulated. But Heng Pov had his salary when he was working as chief of police and so we must be kind and loving to "all" children including those whose parent(s) are wicked and doing bad things. Those children can be as innocent as any other victims. Pol Pot's children are still walking among us and we love them as well. Please love all children so that they can smile on a daily basis. Life overall and in its entirety is bad. Let us be kind to all children. Thank you.
To 12:25a.m and 7:50a.m,
Please stop these non-sense! We all love children, Heng Pov's family has been granted assylum in Finland right....Please be advised Finland is not a poor like Cambodia o.k. I live in New York forever, since I was 14 I had never seen U.S. gov't gave dirty money to the criminal's family....never...in my life. He was a police chief and have $1million in the bank! I never seen any police chief in New York has $1million in the bank. All these funds have to be earned thru some sort of criminal activities! Did you read the news what Heng Pov did to a female vendor? That was far cruel than the faith of his children droped out of school!
Back to 1:08am, I agreed with you 100% you are seem to be very educated person, and I'm very proud of you. May lord Buddha bless you and your family.
Justice prevail
