It is not the first siamese soldier killed, but 16+1.

They forgot the one that shot himself, when sliding.

yes, i guess it's because they're afraid that their soldiers become nervous and terrified like the other 300+ soldiers (everyday.com.kh) who have already run away from the team.

If they are Khmer Surin they can go back to their family. Let the real Thai defend themselves. We won't kill you unless you shoot at us.

look at how the words are used....Volunteer ranger.......first Thai soldier who was killed.....Too afraid to admit that he was a soldier that served his country honorably and at the end they don't recognise him.

Bangkok Post stops the artistic use of words the sooner the better....your reputation is on the line.

SOME TRUTH ABOUT THAI CASAULTY:

Thai Military has banned their local and foreign reporters from approaching Thai-Cambodia conflicted areas to cover the events taking place at the border.

Actually, some reports from the battlefields confirmed by Khmer local villagers and army officers revealed that MORE THAN 20 Thai troops died instantly during the last week attack with the Khmer soldiers; and about 30 injured.

Khmer soldiers confirmed that they even helped the Thais to remove their dead soldiers from the Khmer land.

So, NOT ONLY ONE THAI SOLDIER DIED. MORE DEAD THAI SOLDIERS ARE HIDDEN BY THE THAI GIOVERNMENT AND MILITARY.
