It is a shame for Cambodia, though ugly Vietnamese spy like Hok Lundy, we cannot do anything with him...how about good Vietnamese spies...they will be more appreciate and achieved their Vietnamization easily through spreading the safeguard of security in Kingdom of Cambodia - aka "the police state".
