The University of Cambodia (UC) is a private university owned by Kao Kim Huorn who was appointed Secretary of state in the Ministry of Foreign affairs at the same time as UC awarded Hun Sen a PhD in law.
The fact that Hun Sen is a PhD in law while his wife Sam Bun Heang aka Bun Rany is now a PhD in “humanity” is interesting.
HUN SEN have PHD in LAWS and BUN RANY ( MEE KA HEANG is her real name ?) GOT PHD in HUMANITY , so I guest I gonna get my dog a PHD for HMMMMMMMMMMM ..... DOGMANITY ? ... I heard THat SCAMBODIA are easy to get PHD ..

What a bunch of worthless PhDs to a bunch of worthless idiots.
My family fled Cambodia and settled at Kao-I-Dang in '80 with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Finally got resettled in the US in '81. Parents worked overtime over through minor jobs without speaking much English and saved up the money to eventually open up an Asian grocery store and following up the success, a gas station. Parents were able to get me through university. Earned my first bachelors degree in 2003 from the University of Washington. Now I'm working towards my PhD at UC Berkely.
My PhD that I will be earning this June 2009 has meaning behind it.
Ah Hun Xen and ah Bun Rany's PhD is worthless piece of toilet paper that is better used to wipe shit with.
PhD in "humanity"? Give me a break! What humanity does she and her husband have? Please let me throw up...
This shows the real faces of the Khmer leaders. They want to be best on every corner (from physical look to education) above ordinary Khmers at all costs. But, yes, please do something good for the people i.e. increase wages and enrich Khmers so that Khmers can face any future aggressors in terms of knowledge and health.

The most sadness part is bunary and her band is a bunch of blood sucker, living of killing, of crime and robbing aides forward to improve poor Khmer people life. PHD humanity for this kind of people is frankly so inacceptable and a serious INSULT for Khmer people, for human rights and croix rouge institution. Croix rouge should change its name into institution of killers and robbers

What they care is: now majority of people speak out not in their favor. And their solution: use the media to make up propagandas responding to all the accusation or last resort "shut the hell up of the protesters by murdering".
And what Cambodia needs is to upgrade to another level: the conscience of professionalizm, the supporting system valuing the intellectuals:put the intellectuals on top, and most importantly enforce the law-everyone is under the law not just some memorandum and sound like Hun Sen is the only scholar!!!(Sic)
