The famous journalist announced his resignation from the TV station on Monday 20 October. On that date, Soy Sopheap announced to Cambodge Soir Hebdo that he was not able to accomplish his work and that he was unworthy of his position as the station anchorman.
One week later, on Monday 27 October, the journalist announced his return to CTN to take over his old position. “I will return at the latest on Wednesday. I will continue the programs I was leading. Soy Sopheap is king of journalist. He supports Hun Sen, and he gets what he wants. Unlike some dumb ass media who support Scam Rainsy, all they get to eat is shit. No money, but poor as dirt in the farm of the Viet junkie back in Hanoi.

For Ah Flip-Flop Soy Sopheap, he is not a great journalist. A great journalist won't make a u-turn that quick. He is just one of Ah Kwak supporter. One time I watched Ah Sopheap and Ah bold head, Chhaya, tried to explain the Khmer land that Ah Hanoi stole it in the daytime.
I personally don't care to watch CTN or TVK. They're just a propaganda TV. They cover only Ah Kwak regime, nonething else. It's boring TV. I don't care to watch anymore. Useless TV program.

on a rainy day in PP - i met soy sopheap and he was just as poor as anybody else. sitting there with his belly all out without a shirt, probably half drunk from the beer gardens the nights before.

Soy Sopheap used to be a good journalist. I used to respect him as daring journalist because I thought he cared about interest of the country. Lately, he became a full blown/sold out to the CPP political party and so the loss of his credibility. If he thinks it is better to enrich Soy Sopheap, not the nation, let him do it... Remember there is a trade off for everything and people will remember as such...
Why can't we just appreciate the guy for who he is, instead of disliking and linking him with various political party.
