The Foreign Ministry will ask the Cabinet on Wednesday to revoke the three resolutions issued in May and June supporting Cambodia's proposal to have Preah Vihear temple listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site.
The move aims to clear the Cabinet's docket, since the resolutions allowing former foreign minister Noppadon Pattama to sign a joint communiqué supporting Cambodia were already nullified.
Also, Phnom Penh did not use the joint communiqué when applying for the listing.
The ministry hopes that the termination of the resolutions might encourage the Administrative Court to drop the case, especially since the subject no longer exists, an official said.
The Administrative Court issued a contemporary injunction barring the Cabinet from using the resolution to support Cambodia, but it still has to issue a final decision on the subject.

One step forward two steps backward, turn to right and turn to the left ...
This is how Thai leaders work.
There is no point to negotiate with the Thais. All they're doing is twisting, tweaking, confusing, convoluting, ... or whatever you want to call it, the issue.
Forget about the negotiation, and seed more anti-personal mines at the disputed areas. and if they don't stop their incursions, maybe we should send a few mines to the muslim minority in Southern Thailand to do the job for us.
Fucking shameless thais, never want to live in peace.
No, one step backward and two steps forward they gained.
Turn left and turn right they step on landmines.
Kaboom!!
Khmer PP,
They are the master of flip flopping. Cambodia must not go along with them... for which, to protect our dignity and history for our people and country in the future. Thailand wants to leave a good impression and legacy on the future generation... Be careful with the DOG. It is about now and the future...
From now, and our next generation must remember this issues with Siam, we must tell or put the history in our shcool for our Khmer childrens to study and to be carefully about this Siam people, this Siam try to still our land from the past and in the future.
We all Khmer must never be a good friend with this Siam at all.
This dog-Siam created this trouble with us Khmer first.
Never ever make friend with animal Siam, remember!
Cambodian government must not forget the history of KHMER STRONGEST ARMY BASE..thailand had tricks us to get inside the base..I think what's thai doing right now is repeated the same tricks!!!! My messages to my cambodian fellows, plse becareful with Ah SIAMESE!!!!! Let spread-out more mines and let them walks on....greedy mother fucker!!
Preah Vihear dispute is the conflict of interest between Hanoi and Bangkok goverment. Khmer don't have to be worried. Vietnam will never ever give even a milimetre of it's future land to Thailand.
There'll be two Thailands in this 21st century. Just wait and see.
