An agreement on visa exemption for common passport holders signed between Vietnam and Cambodia will take effect as from December 4, announced the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Under the agreement which was signed in Hanoi on November 4, the two countries’ citizens who holds common passports of at least 6 month value will be exempted from visa for stays of up to 14 days in each other’s territories.

Does this mean Khmer Cambodia can visit Kampuchea Krom? Can the Sam Rainsy members visit Khmer Krom in Kampuchea Krom such as in Khleang(Soc Trang), Preah Treapang (Tra Vinh), Paleov (Bac Lieu), Tuk Kmau (Ca Mau),etc.
If Viets can go to Angkor Wat, then Khmer Cambodia can go to Preah Treapang and talk to Khmer Krom about their conditions under Vietnam control.

As long as there is Viet, there will be no Cambodia. The Viet will never ever let Cambodia be free from the Federation of Indochina which Khmer will be ultimately Vietnamized from head to toe( to the backbone).
