Phnom Penh - A South Korean man committed suicide in a Cambodian hotel after gambling away his fortune in the country's casinos, media reports said Friday.
Police found Chae Geong Seok's body hanging in his Phnom Penh hotel room Thursday with a suicide note explaining to his family that his fortune was gone, The Phnom Penh Post said.
The man's body was taken to the city's Calmette Hospital to be collected by his family.

It is how the Cambodian government destroy the Thai and Vietnam people by opening casinos along the border.

11:24AM, I fairly agree with you though it was so hard for me.
However, casinos - ranging from soccer bet to rollette - within the town are extremely dangerous. They cause so many troubles, ranging from stealing or robbery to suicide. I myself has been one of the victims who suffer from the act of a gambler.
Taxation from casinos does not balance the loss of the society, and I hope the government will reconsider.

Raja, if the government is really concerned, no casino will be allowed in Cambodia even an illegal one. Exactly, gambling never brings anyone glamorous.
Well casino gamblers in Cambodia lose to their bones because of pretty girls that casino managers hire to accompany any big gamblers. Well in the presence of these pretty girls, male gamblers are likely to take big risk and place big bets, showing off their manhood and bravery.
