Khieu Samphan is held responsible for the killing of Khmers, and accused of War Crime and Crime Against Humanity by the fake Court established by THOSE who have killed Khmers.
He is framed, is made a scapegoat for the genocide of Khmers.

Some people might be right to suggest that the amount of (at least) $50 million be used for other beneficial purposes. Personally, I support the court, but its capability of finding justice is suspicious to me.

Those people can not kill 3.5 millions Khmers, but those people are monkey leaders who let lawless people running around killing other people freely in our country. They must and be responsible for their ignorant act. If they were stupid enough to let those killers do what they want right under their noses and not able to do a damm thing to stop it, they can go to jail or be punished by law. What's a big deal? That's the price to pay for being top dogs. Let the damm monkeys go to hell! or why bother call Mr. Premier? or Mr. President? or King? or Queen etc...if they are just like everybody else? If you were living in the Country from 1975-79, then you would know that these murderers (Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, Khieuv Samphan, Nuon Chea, ….) systematically and meticulously planned and committed their crimes. All the mass killings everywhere in the country could not take place without the green light from these so-called upper brothers. The fact that they ordered the people (the old, the sicks, the wounded, the pregnant women, …etc) of the entire city to leave their homes, their hospitals, and cut off all life basic necessities were one of the mot horrendous crimes ever committed in modern history.
