teuk t'not chou is one of my favorite khmer drink. i heard some business person bottle and pasteurize them up and sell them like bottle water. when i happen to see them on sell, i will buy them, my favor drink. however, due to hygienic concern, i would be afraid to drink from one seen here. they need to pasteurize them to kill and diseases or bacteria, ect... first; the kind sold by street vendor like this photo shows are not hygienic and may or may not get people sick from consuming it. like water in any third world country, i only drink bottled water with proper seal only because i don't want o get sick from drinking unsafe water, etc...

It’s natural, and pure, not chemical contained. I used to drink it a lot. Like others understood; does not overuse it as it can affect your health like other substance.

i think it is a high energy drink as it contains lots of nature palm sugar, of course. so, that's why if people drink too much, they will gain weight. enjoy!
