GENERAL Ke Kim Yan, former commander-in-chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, is uncertain of the future following his unceremonious removal from the post last week.
"I have no idea of what work I will do in future," Ke Kim Yan told the Post Thursday. "The whole country knows I have stopped being commander-in-chief, [so] let everything be quiet from now on."
The general previously said he resigned his post for "health" reasons, but Deputy Prime Minister Nhek Bun Chhay said Tuesday that the CPP stalwart was removed by Prime Minister Hun Sen because his business activities were distracting him from his role as head of the armed forces.
"Prime Minister Hun Sen told a Cabinet meeting that Ke Kim Yan has a lot of land. He is a military officer, and he is also involved in business," he said. "While he is in the military and does business, he should give up his work."
But a senior official in the Council of Ministers, who declined to be named, said the prime minister was more specific, saying the former RCAF chief was removed for illegal land deals and failing to fulfill the duties of his office.
"Ke Kim Yan was withdrawn from the post of commander-in-chief because he has much illegal land and is not active along the border with the soldiers," the official quoted Hun Sen as saying during the Friday meeting.
"He has a lot of illegal land in the provinces ... and he is not as active as other commanders like Kun Kim and Hing Bun Heang."
"There are bigger problems than this, but we can't release them to the public. They are internal issues," the official added.

Whose will after General Ke Kim Yan ??????????? all loyalist to Samdeach Chea Sim will be sack by Hun Sen and appoint all his member that under control of him, do everything and obey to him. Police General and Military General is him who stronger than him in CPP.Cambodia has only one strong man and no other competitors in CPP.
Hun Sen and his cronies also have lots of land, most of them are prime real estate grabbed or stole from the State's assets. This is just his typical double-standard talk, and he is more guilty than his criminal friends and relatives in this matter.
No doubt, Pol Saroeun and Hok Lundy are much richer than Ke Kimyan because all their lands are prime real estate. Ke Kimyan owns farm lands which are inferior in value compared to those belonging to Hun Sen and his cronies.
God willing, they all will have no land to bury themselves when they die. They will die like street cats and dogs.

Hmm...we do nothing to get Hun Xen out from the power. I can say that even the uprise of the whole of Khmer people we still not dimiss him from the office, conversely many people will die. hmm... the only thing we can do is pray the GOD dedicating our citizen live in peace and justice.

Hun Sen is pulling strings on others not necessary the black sheep,Ke Kim Yan.
Hun Sen is more fearful of outside influence that influenced Ke Kim Yan who may later turn Hun Sen in for crimes against nation and human rights.
Lundi has more against Hun Sen and family that's why he was technically killed.

Cambodia has gradually been down since day 1 of Hun Sen being installed in power by the Yuns. Hun Sen the wild mad dog of Vietnam is blind both, physically and spiritually. Physically blind is OK, but spiritually blind is a real evil. This evil possesses in him envy, hatred, arrogance, pride, cruelty and cockiness. Without the Yuons, Hun Sen is nothing in the Khmers'eyes. A leader needs to have compassion, kindness, sympathy, and mercy while a dictator does not need moral qualities. And Hun Sen is a dictator, or in the other term, he's just a wild beast. I don't believe that in the 21st century, the world civiliezed leaders wouldn't allowe such an arrogant dictator, who has been intoxicated with power, money, and uncontollable pride, to act wildly as he wants at all. With extreme arrogance as he defyingly act against the Khmer people right now, he himself is inviting troubles for himself. Expecting this wild beast to bring Cambodia and her poeple towards prosperity and happiness seems like waiting for some non-existence to appear. To bring Cambodia up,the peaceful democratic movement must go forward for the sake of the Khmer people.

Kun Kim and Hing Bun Heang are more actives than Ke Kim Yan.
It's true. I support this affirmation. Kun Kim was responsible for many extorsions and briberies in Kampong Cham. Hing Bun Heang has a reputation of human blood sucker !
Both are beasts living in Cambodia.
Of course, in Cambodia, animals work harder than humans !
