Prime Minister Hun Sen on Thursday urged other Asean countries to postpone an upcoming meeting scheduled for Feb. 28 in Thailand, claiming political instability there was a security risk for leaders.
China has already canceled its meeting with Asean members that day, Hun Sen said, so there was no need for only the 10 neighbors to meet.
Thailand has been rocked by a series of demonstrations over the past six months that led to the dismantling of its government last month.
A meeting among Asean members, if it is held in Thailand, should be postponed until the end of 2009, when security for leaders in the region can be assured, Hun Sen said, following a meeting with British parliamentarian Ann Clwyd.
Hun Sen also said Thursday authorities were seeking to arrest more suspects in last week’s bombing plot in Phnom Penh, in which police found three unexploded TNT improvised explosive devices near government buildings.

that is something to be cautious about at the meeting because some protestors might terrorize the meeting and put everyone at risk; so, mr. hun sen may be right about that! it's not being afraid, it's being cautious!
The Abhisit Vejjajiva gov't is quick to take advantage of ASEAN Summit so that the regional group and the other nations could recognize the gov't.
Hun Sen, a long-time pal of the ousted Thai premier, is quick to take advantage to support his pal, because the SRP issues a congratulatory to the new Abhisit gov't.
Abhisit is a Thai Hun-Sen. Without the Cambodian King, there wouldn't be Hun Sen today.
Without the Thai King, there wouldn't be Abhisit Vejjajiva.

Abhi-shit wants to assure and show the world that he is in total control of the situation. World leaders need not to worry about security risk when the meeting takes place in Thailand…protester rally and bomb, bomb, bomb. He should realize that he needs to clean up the mess, reconcile and bring peace among his people before any summit takes place.
Hun Sen is scared to be killed in Thailand for insulting the Thais King. He is so cautious to travel to Thailand without a good friend there. If he is be killed in Thailand both Thais and Cambodian people will celebrate for one whole year to get ridge a National trator such as him.

British born Abhisit is running worried everyday since he cheated the system.
Remember Abhisit is not quite Siamese and never served Thailand in armed forces.

Abhisit has two assignments from Prem,Bhumibol buddy,to fulfill within next six months:
-Get rid of Thaksin and networks in country
-Bolster Armed forces to crush Pattani Yala freedom movement.
So ASEAN is middle path to keep Thailand smiling.

Animal Hun Xen has consulted with his astrologer before going to Thailand, who told him that his death is coming soon. I know this animal Hun Xen believes in astrology. If this is true, it doesn't matter he chooses to go or not, Hok Lundy is waiting for him in hell.
