I still say some historians are biased and some still falsefy the history. There are too many certain things we really don't know about. I don't believe only Khmers who love to listen to the rumor, but all people around the world do, especially the hollywood people.
My wild guess, I think the liberals try to protect Obama from facing obstacles by the people who hate him for being black in the white house. They have a project by having Historian scientists to search for DNA evidence from a lock of Abraham Lincoln whom they believed he may be half black and half White, because Abraham was dark not White enough like his parents.
