Seeking to quell rumors of further shake-ups in the military after the sacking of its commander-in-chief last week, Defense Minsiter Tea Banh said Thursday the military is now stable.
Gen. Ke Kim Yan was removed from his post commander of the Royal Cambodia Armed Forces in a surprise order last week, with Prime Minister Hun Sen accusing him of conducting private business enterprises rather than running the military.
The shake-up, which put Gen. Pol Saroeun as military chief, led to worries amid the ranks of regional and division forces that further firings were possible.
“People who say that are just talking, but nothing has happened,” Tea Banh said Thursday.

would be Sar Kheng and Chea Sim the next targets? Hun Sen has done what he needs to be to stay in power the rest of his life. It would be the start of the dark days or the rebirth of Pro-Siamese and Pro-Yuon.
yes, chea sim and sar kheng are hun sen's next target. to sack chea sim and sar kheng, hun sen has to sack or reshuffle their supporters in the army and police to powerless positions first. after that has been done, then it's time to move against chea sim and sar keng. just wait and see.

All of them is fighting for thier own power, and the result is Khmer people take all the suffer.
From my sucked point of view, it won't ahppen as some folk assumed. For the sake of the CPP's stability, Hun Sen would dare to sack Chea Sim or Sar Kheng.
Tell me that none of AH HUN XEN families didn't involve in private business enterpise! What AH HUN SEN is doing is applying double standard to rest of Cambodian people who are not with him!
All CPP leaders can deny about the shake-up but more to come! From now on nothing will be the same because AH HUN SEN is going around make enemies within his party!
Why AH HUN SEN has to show the disunity within Khmer military leaders in a time when Cambodia is still at war with the Siam? In fact the whole Cambodian people are engaging in private business enterprises including the police, the military, and even the judge...Teacher, doctor…! Tell me how did the military personnel get pay per month? Well, tell me how much AH HUN SEN get pay for being a prime minister of Cambodia? And AH HUN SEN do get million of dollars from somewhere and if he is not doing private business enterprises then what is he doing to get those money?

Well, Khmer needs business and jobs, and we welcome all; that included PM DPM, Chief, Private, or what have you. We will not be suffering from lack of jobs because Ah potato diggers think it's wrong.

A few days ago, CHEA SIM's 507 body gards have been removed.That's mean CHEA SIM is vulnerable to be sacked anytime soon.Once CHEA SIM is gone so will SAR KHENG(they're in law).

chea sim and sar khen are next and tea banh too. now hun sen is trying to reduce chea sim's military power by reducing his bodyguard numbers 507 soldiers. more chea sim supporters in the military are being sacked or reshuffled to powerless positions. hun sen is eating chea sim alive, but chea sim's supporters will rebel one day and kill hun sen.
Why would PM Hun Sen try to reduce Chea Sim's power. What power does Chea Sim has to begin with, Ah Potato digger (9:37)?
