BANGKOK, Feb 7 (TNA) -- Thailand's Supreme Commander Gen. Songkitti Jaggabatara on Saturday denied an international news report from Phnom Penh that Thailand and Cambodia had agreed to withdraw their troops from the disputed Preah Vihear temple.
The Thai rebuttal followed a news report Friday quoting Cambodia's prime minister after meeting Thailand's Defence Minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan as saying that the two countries had resolved their main differences and had agreed to withdraw their troops Preah Vihear.
The report quoted Prime Minister Hun Sen as saying that the withdrawn troops would be replaced by joint observer teams next month to facilitate de-mining and border demarcation.
But Gen. Songkitti said Gen. Prawit's one-day official visit to Cambodia was meant only for introducing himself to Cambodian leaders after his appointment.
Despite it not being on the agenda, Gen. Prawit and Mr. Hun Sen discussed the Preah Vihear issue, but they only agreed that clashes should not occur there again, which is a positive sign, Gen. Songkitti said.
Regarding troop withdrawals from the temple area, Gen. Songkitti said, the issue would be left for further discussion by concerned committee members.
Tensions at the Thai-Cambodian border arose after Preah Vihear was awarded world heritage status by the United Nations last year. The International Court of Justice ruled in 1962 that the 11th-century temple belongs to Cambodia, but the demarcation of the surrounding land remains in dispute.

Can't wait to hear Hun Sen response to this!!! Or can't wait to see from Hanoi to instruct his heartless man to do or say. CPP voters, you should be proud of your choice in selecting an impunity leader!!!!
It is worthless to reply to him. If he spoke in different language from his government, let Thai public solves their problem or fix their governing system. If Hun Sen cheated Khmers, then Hun Sen deserves the public critism. At this point, we do not know who spoke the truth.
Rest assured, you Khmer people, you fuck with us, your country will be obliterated. You know nothing but incite other neighbors to go war.
We know that if your prime minister (Hun Sen) decide to fuck with us, we'll fuck you good--rest assure.

Hey Siem bastard and you can rest assure that the Muslim will grind your arse alive from now on! Your Siem bastard can’t even handle the Muslim uprising in Southern Thailand and now you want to take on Cambodia? Your naked invasion of Cambodian sovereignty is uncalled for and now you want to obliterate Cambodia as if you Siem bastard can do through out the century! As far as I am concerned you Siem bastard are surrounded by enemies of your forefather and your only savior now is Uncle SAM!
Khmer people have no need to worry of all you Siem bastard because million, million, and million of landmines are waiting quietly beneath your feet and welcome you Siem bastard to hell and if you do succeed to get to Cambodia and you will be welcome by bullets and bombs!
Go back home to your birthplace in Nanchoa and stop being a fucken thief to your neighbors! By the way your homeland Nanchoa fell to the Mongol in 1252 and what you have lost to the Mongol and do not try to gain from Cambodia because it can lead to war and it would be a dream come true to drag you Siem bastard back to hell!
Siem aggression will not be rewarded!

Thais were Tai people living in Nanchao, China. The Tai tonal speaking is the Tai tonal speaking group in south of China. The Tai people took refugee into Khmer land when the Mongol invaded their land Nanchao (Nanchao became Yunnan in China today). The Khmer King Jayavarman VIII gave Sukhotei to his brother Preah Rong to help Tai people founding a Kingdom. In order to have a Kingdom Tai people must have a language writing system.
Preah Rong and his Khmer supporters taught Tai people of Khmer writing system based on the Khmer alphabet, the Khmer vowels and the Khmer numerals. The Khmer King Brother Preah Rong was a Monk. Only a Khmer Monk can read the Khmer scripts and can create the Tai writing system to fit with the Tai tonal speaking. Preah Rong borrowed the Khmer numerals to complete the Tai writing system to be used as the Tai official language in Sukhotei.
King Ramkamheing derived the Tai alphabets from Khmers; he was a third son of a Khmer Princess Maha Devi and a Tai General Khun Pha Muang who governed Sukhotei.
Thailand history claimed that Tai people fought Khmer Empire for Tai Independence, but there was no war record founded between the Tai people and the huge Khmer Empire army when the Tai people became Independence from the Khmer Empire. Tai people can’t protect their land Nanchao from the Mongol invasion, so Tai people can’t fight against the huge Khmer Empire army for their Independence if the Khmer Empire King did not allow Tai people freedom.
In the Rangoon Museum in Myanmar today, there are the Khmer scripts saying the Siam Kings still used the Khmer writing until 1400 to communicate with the Khmer Kings. In the Mahamoni temple in Myanmar, the Burmese described how powerful Khmer warrior statues. With the Khmer army help that kicked the Burmese out of Ayuthaya twice.
Thai alphabets, Thai vowels and Thai numerals were created by Khmers for Tai people. Khmers taught Tai people of Khmer civilization and that’s how the Khmer and the Thai culture are identical. Tai people lost their Tai root and origin to the Mongol, then to the Chinese and they lost their Siam root again to the Burmese, so Tai people created a new root now is called “Thai” means “Free”.

Thais look a lot like Vietnamese.
Thais won't leave, and they will pay the Vietnamese to let them capture Hun Sen as their prisoner.
The illiterate Hun Sen knows how to reply? He has two ID passports, and he and his family members will fly non stop to Australia.
Hun Sen has about 2 billion of dollars, so go figure out.
We said the rich people won't care for the poor, but we have the poor peasant like hun Sen, yep he is far more generous means he is greedy.
I means far from generous.
Lol Lol hahahah...Thais today look more Vietnamese, is so true.
And Vietnamese today look more like Chinese . hahahaha..
Too bad that Hun Sen and Thaksin are best friend.
