Samdach Akuk Moha Sena Batdey Dekcho Hun Sen asked the Japanese government to continue providing aid to Cambodia, even though the world is faced with an economic crisis. Hun Sen’s request was made during a meeting with Yokio Imagawa at his bunker-villa on 16 March 2009, while this former Japanese ambassador to Cambodia in the 90s is visiting Cambodia. According to Eang Sophalet, Hun Sen’s aid, Hun Sen indicated that Japan is the largest donor to Cambodia, and the Japanese aid contributed to the development of Cambodia to reach the present stage. Hun Sen said that Japanese investment is making progress even though Japan is not the top investor in Cambodia, and Japan is starting to create a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), as well as participating in the oil exploration in Cambodia. Hun Sen also thanked the Japanese government and people who have always provided help to Cambodia.

What the fuck! I almost have fainted when I read this title of the prime minister of suc a small-and-powerless country to have such a title. No wonder the vast majority people in Cambodia are starving.

I don't know anyone starving here, but someone going to have to do the dirty job to keep people from starving though, after all, it is pouk ah Scam Rainxy who destroyed the country and putting it in poverty. The more people suffer, the more political gain they will acquired.
