Watch out!
Multimedia slideshow about “visual pollution” in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, now invaded by advertising signs of all sorts, springing up everywhere like mushrooms and quite unsightly, to say the least.

That is simple. Not only in Cambodia but other developping countries. Even America...in some places
Actually, you can't develop a country without polluting a little. The US, UK, France, Germany, ..., you name it, is a big time polluter when they were developing during the industrial revolution.
So screw them if they don't like it.
i understand what you they are saying here, however, this looks like a construction site, so construction sites are ok to be unsightly, naturally. but when construction is finished and it is still unsightly, then it is another whole story to be reckoned with. god bless cambodia.
i've seen worst in other parts of the world. however, that's not excuses for cambodia. we can do better. god bless cambodia.
Not when you don't have the cashes.
