Mu Sochua, SRP MP from Kampot province, was not able to organize a conference of micro-finance institutions as she had originally hoped.
Admitting her disappointment, Mu Sochua explained at a press conference that she had invited about a dozen of micro-finance experts to a roundtable that would be organized inside the National Assembly building. The goal of the meeting was to convince bankers to suspend the land confiscations which penalize farmers who have already been victimized by low crop price.
“The world economic crisis created a sharp drop in crop price on the local market. Farmers can no longer pay back the micro-credits they used to buy fertilizers, gasoline or production material. The government must take measures to come to their help,” Mu Sochua explained.
Furious that the NA secretary-general was not able to find a place to hold the conference, Mu Sochua also deplored the fact that 4 banks jumped bail on her: “They have confirmed that they will come, but now, they all say that they are busy,” she said with fatalism.

Luc Sar, deception in French = disappointment in English. Right now, your literal translation suggests that Mu Sochua was trying to deceive people. She admitted that she was disappointed, not that she was out to deceive people or that she had been deceived, i.e. duped.
Well, in Cambodia, if you want to help Cambodia, you join the CPP like everyone else. But if you want to distroy Cambodia, then you join the SRP.

That's okay. We haven't heard too many complaints from people who live under Yuon administration for centuries, especially the Cham from ancient Champ, and the ancient Khmer Krom from acient Kampuchea Krom. As a matter of fact over 93% of them is very proud of being yuon. Thus, I am sure most of us (Khmer) will also be proud to be Yuon.
Some people is so retarded. They don't understand why bankers don't work with them. I mean who in their right mind would want to work with loser. Bankers will only work with winner such as PM Hun Sen (the Khmer hero).
you meant to say the one-eyed gansgter/robber Viet slave Hun Sen, right 8:31 PM?
Read it again, Ah Yuon's slave (6:35).
