Kasit's apology letter to Hun Sen

No. 1303/693
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Sri Ayudhya Road,
Bangkok 10400.

1 April B.E. 2552 (2009)

Samdech Techo Prime Minister,

I have the honour to refer to the recent news reports that Your Excellency is concerned with the terms that I used to describe Your Excellency during the parliamentary debate session in Thailand. In the Thai language, the word “Nak Leng” which I used during the debate means a person who is lion-hearted, a courageous and magnanimous gentleman, and this is what I referred to you as an expression of my appreciation of and respect for Your Excellency.

Please do rest assured that nothing will be allowed to come in the way of making our friendship and relationship warm, cordial, and mutually beneficial. Do kindly accept my deep apology for such an unfortunate incident and the unintentional cause of misunderstanding.

Accept, Samdech Techo Prime .Minister, the assurances of my highest consideration.

(Kasit Piromya)
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand

His Excellency
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen,
Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
PHNOM PENH.

In the Khmer language, the word “Nak Leng” means a person who is criminal, gang or thug.

Kasit Piromya was right.

Hun Sen is a gentleman with a criminal-hearted.
or
Hun Sen is a gentleman with a gang-hearted.
or
Hun Sen is a gentleman with a thug-hearted.

I am 100% agree with the Thai Foreign Minister.

Thailand can play all the procrastinating game with Cambodia.

But Cambodian leader like Hun Sen will secure his own fame first, and Cambodian territory after that.

This is the culture of Cambodian political leaders.

This letter is not from his heartfelt. If "Nak Leng" in Thai word is meant as what he described, why was the argument between two PM groups during that debate session occurred.

He is still lying you, Mr. H.E Samdech Hun Sen.

Can anyone tell or make someone else being sincere or heartfelt??? Don't be silly...

It is not being all a "thug" that PM Hun Sen should care about, rather he should care more when Khmer is be label as the poorest in the world, the highest illiterate rate in the word and the top 10 corrupted country in the world.

I have a question for Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime.
Since Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime likes to assassinate innocent Khmer peoples.
Does Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime have any plan to assassinate the Thai Foreign Minister?

If you look at the layout of the letter and analyse it......you'll see that Ksait still think and sit on Hun Sen's head......He intentionally put Hun Sen and his long title and Kingdom of Cambodia below him(his name)......I don't need to say further....
