In the US, there's something we call "Checks and balances," and, therefore, Mr. Obama has limited power as what he can or cannot do. Whereas, in Cambodia, Mr. Hun Sen can merely open his mouth, and then things will be done in accordance to his wish.

Prime minister HUN SEN once said;" i will cut my head off if deforestation continue". The deforestation keep continue but the PM's head is still intact.

Cambodia is looking for a new foreigner invasion. For the right of survivors, we should send all Cambodians over 40 years to the court. Who is who ?

Obama cannot change his native land Kanya, how can he change elswhere? The jerk has no experiences whatsoever, but the Communist racist democrat got support from communist and Muslim outside, so he bragged. Obama makes the KluxK Klan happy at least Bob Byrd.
