On 10 April 2009, MP Tioulong was elected Vice-President of the IPU Second Standing Committee on Sustainable Development, Trade and Finance in April 2007. This year, at the Assembly in Addis Ababa , she was the Rapporteur of that Committee. The video shows her beginning her report to the plenary meeting of the Assembly

Khmer lady hmmmmmm but may be a Cambodian lady right?

There is not only One (1) but many. It's not just the elites. In fact, there thousands and thousands more that are smarter and and more educated than mrs. S. Tioulong. It's just they don't talk about them. If you compared to the young generation members, mrs. Saumura would feel small in the presence of them. so don't just adknowledge those in power but also so do with the invisible ONES. In fact, I'm not here to compare who's better than who but rather to remind all of you that there are many more who did good actions every day but never get noticed except those who have power and known...
