Supreme Commander Songkitti Chakkrabat affirmed that the army is ready to safeguard leaders of Asian nations who will attend the Asean+6 summit in Phuket.

Gen Songkitti said the army will follow its rules in adopting security measures for the leaders. He, however, refused to go into detail, saying that it is confidential.

He continued that the army will follow the rule of law if it has to use weapons as part of security measures. He told public not to worry about it.

The supreme commander also said that he believes no Thais would try to obstruct the summit because it is a cooperation of 10 Asean nations to solve problems not related to politics.

On Cambodia's damanding Thailand to pay 75 million baht in compensation for damage caused to a market in fatal border clashes last month, Gen Songkitti said he believes Thailand can explain to Cambodia about the matter. There are committees working on it, he said, adding that he has no concerns over this.

When you compare and think about siem and Khmer who is the boss? then you will know who will pay who? Last time Khmer paid siem and this time siem will not pay Khmer. Because Khmer don't have a real Khmer's leader only puppet dancing.

The Siam has its boss (of course, U.S.); the Cambodian also has its boss( you guessed it right; yes, Yuon). Therefore, should the war erupt, both countries (Cambodia & Thailand) will receive indirect involvement from the US and Yuon.

Not good time for the US to be boss of Siems. Cambodia don't need a boss. We will able to protect our Khmer territorial. It is a great responsible of all Khmers to serve for our country.

So, another clashes can't be avoided. Thais never abide by any agreements, how can they pay to Cambodians. They will never do unless there is police i.e. international mediation. Robbers and victims can not talk unless there is police.

Make no mistake that the world court had rendered its decision regarding Preah Vihear in 1962. If Thailand refuses to pay for damages it has inflicted upon Cambodian civilians on Cambodian soil, Cambodia has the right to take Thailand to the world court once again. "Once a thief always a thief, mind as well pack all your belongings back to Nan Chao." Phnom Penh should ask the Thai embassy personel to leave...and shut the Thai embassy down for good!

Everyone knows that the Thais are a bunch of thieves from their king to their 65 million subjects...we Khmers in every corner must unite and protect the country which had existed for thousands of years!
