Ammunition explosion on Sunday evening near Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen's outskirt residence wounded two people, but Hun Sen is safe.
The explosion occurred when a truck loaded with ammunition was on fire and exploded, said a witness asked not to be named, adding that a dozen of fire trucks were rushed to the scene.
Prime Minister Hun Sen's Cabinet issued a statement late Sunday saying two military men were injured by a military truck accident during which a number of ammunitions were exploded.
The statement said the incident happened at 7:30 p.m. local time near Tuol Krasaing military camp, where Hun Sen's residence is encompassed. But Prime Minister Hun Sen is safe, a police officer on anonymity said.
According to the Cabinet statement, during the fire, a number of ammunitions loaded on the truck were exploded and that had caused a driver and his assistant injured, one of them was critical.
Tuol Kraisaing Military Camp is camped with Hun Sen's bodyguards unit, located about 13 kilometers south of Phnom Penh.

That's the serious conduct made my PM's bodyguard. This is definitely threatening the PM's life. I don't think PM will retain the concerned commanders in the place even though it was reported as unintended incident. The PM must be careful with such commanders - they might kill you sometimes soon. I guess this would be the same what PM has normally done to threaten his subordiantes before finally killing. In the near future, there will no one who PM trusts besides his family members.

There is no attempt to kill, there is no conspiracy, there is no accident. There is only act of God. A warning from God" If the person to whom God had did the warning will not truned fron his wicked way, another warning and so on until such a time will come, nobody escape.
For a private individual, the consequences of his sins is a personal and family consequences.
But as a leader the consequences of his sins will be upon the whole group or society under whom he rules.
The truth of the matter is that shit happens. The incident was unanticipated and untentional; plus, this is just a minor incident (not even qualify as 'accident').
The most important is that the PM is safe, that's what matters.
