oh, this kind of nepotism or fraternization will die out soon enough. perhaps, it's just a remnant of the old system since going back before the KR era, etc. bad habit dies hard, you know. that doesn't mean it will continue eternally. perhaps, this is a sign of the last emperor of china or something, meaning, the last nepotism system in cambodia because after this last generation, everyone will be qualified based on their level of education, experience, vision, good character, honor, good reputation, the ballet box, etc, etc... this is how cambodia should be in the future. like all, good things do comes to an end. god bless cambodia and all our beautiful khmer people and citizens.
