CCHR does not support the successive lawsuits against one SRP MP and a newspaper close to the SRP because these lawsuits are nothing more than a threat on the freedom of expression of politicians and all Cambodian citizens.

Some people in the United States have been talking about bad things Hun Sen and his gang has done to Cambodian especially (SRP)on RFA and encouraged Hun Sen to take them to Court if Hun Sen don't agree with what they said but have to file a lawsuit in the United States . Hun Sen wont dare to say a word about it because he knew that the Court in the United States is independent and he can't tell those judges what to do like in Cambodia. Shamed on you Hun Sen
That's good to see the court is proceedings in that manner. The rule of law in our country cambodia is more efctive than the foreign country. Put all bad mouths in jail especially KMS krom ah Hin Sithan and mee Chak Sakhon,
