Hun Sen gets highly agitated and uneasy and becomes berserk when industrialized nations closely examine his regime's allocation of international aid money. He will scream and name call these nations, its politicians and independent observers. However, the very next day he will grab his empty rice bowl without any hesitation, squat in front of the doorsteps of these nations and beg for more money.
If you are cambodians the government would sue you for defammation.
Corruption is taken place everywhere in Cambodia. So the statement of US Amb is deserved to be more than realistic.

US ambassador to Cambodia, Carol Rodley, should be very cautious with her (prepared) allegations statement against the government of Cambodia; the accusation is baseless.

The former US Ambassador to Cambodia, Mr. Joseph Mosomeli, used to talk about corruption in Cambodia. In his speech to the villagers who gave thier thumb prints to support the passage of anti-corruption law in Kratie early 2008 (just few months befor the parliamentarian election), Mr. Mosomeli also said that Cambodia loses from 300 to 500 million dollare every year. Why at that very sensitive time ( just few moths before the election)the government did not react on his comment? I think this time is not the election time, so the government should not react so angrily. The apposition parties would not benifit anything from Carol Rodley's comment regarding the loss of 500 million dollar. It is the old thing and everybody knows it.
A simple that proves the Corruption in Cambodia, is looking CPP's Villas & Cars.......

yes, my beloved USA can have a lot of good influence on cambodia. i'm glad the US ambassador is meddling with cambodian internal affairs. i mean, someone has gotten to point it out to the public. when we know for the fact, then it should not be hiding and conceal from the nation; everyone has to know the truth! no more secret! reform the gov't now! yes, those so-called $500 million could go toward the fair salaries of teachers, and other gov't workers, etc..., instead of the pockets of corrupted officials! good job, madam ambassador for standing up for innocent khmer people who seems helpless to do or say something about it. cambodia needs a dragon lady. please help reform cambodian gov't and social services, etc... god bless the USA and cambodia.

As CPP youth were are promiting for change for National reconcilliation.
National reconcilliation is very vital for our survival as a Nation from neighbours invasions. Without a good unity, Cambodia will loose for ever. We cannot have a unity if they are more thalf of population are poor and only 5% are very presh puos with over load of corrution moneys.
