Good Morning KI-Media,
We have read your news again about the lights that hang on the gallery of Angkor Wat temple. On Saturday 12th June 2009 at 3.00PM, we have seen them remove the light bulbs out of the Angkor Wat gallery. We are very very pleased for their removing it out but we do not know when they will put it back again.
I have interviewed around 200 guides who are my friends who worked as Tour Guides in Siem Reap - Angkor about their ideas of light bulbs along Angkor Wat from 1st - 13rd June 2009.
My questions were:
What is your friendly thought about the light bulbs hanging on the gallery? Do you think that
These tour guides are not in opposition to or against this lighting works but they have already decided that they will not bring the tourists to visit at night time. They will explain the reason to the tourists on the tour bus.
Regards,

- they are suitable to hang on?
- they are not suitable to hang on?
- 5% want to keep them on for 100 years.
- 5% shook their heads like a bee sting: Theirs head move to the left while [shaking] their right hands.
- 90% answered that they are not suitable to hang on.

Night time in Cambodia is very dark, same as midnight in Europe or US. Don't think it make more profit, because you will spend a lot of money for the power supply.
look, of course cambodian people care about keeping our ancient temple intact for millenium to come; however, look around the world as well; if other countries can have lightings at their unesco sites or ancient protected sites, etc; why not let cambodia do the same. if it's the technical glitch like unfound fear of damaging the temple stone, etc, then i suggest study and see how other countries on the planet did just that and apply the same benefit to cambodia. why try to stop cambodia from making a living for society and its people; why continue to deprive cambodia of what other countries out there did already, why not make things better for cambodia or give constructive way to install lightings, etc? don't try to stop cambodia from improving and making our country a lively place for all. why always bring up the negative attitude, etc? go away already, cambodia don't need people like that. go to thailand or vietnam and tell those countries that, but don't come to cambodia and tell us that. we are only trying to make our country a beautiful, fun place for not only our own people but all visitors and tourists as well. help make our country better, but do not try to be a pest about it, ok. thank you! now go home already!
Don't be a pest about it 2:37 AM?
Well, first don't be too bloodily defensive in your response, ok?
Secondly, you Ph.D from Hanoi guys are defending and protecting your personal interests, not Khmer's interest as a nation/country, because the world knows already that you guys are under the influence if not the short and tight leash of the freaking Viet commie, Hanoi (and don't jump off your chair just yet, please?).
After all these times, since you had begun to exploit, to steal, to plunder and to rob Khmer blind (in more than one instance), how much if any, have you Viet-slaves helped Khmer people to survive?
If the record shows anything at all, it is simply that you continue to beg for more from the outside world while you continue to grab land and to sell off anything Khmer that you can put your hands on....and most importantly to finish off the weakest native Khmer left over from the killing field whereby the Viet had had their bloody hands in it...
Don't be a pest about it 2:37 AM?
Where are the pros and the cons study analysis of your efforts to boost up tourism at Anglor Wat if any you Viet-boy Ph.D from Hanoi?
Take your money out of your pockets (or secret accounts) and put it where you mouth is, please?
See you boys with Ph.D from Hanoi later...Until then behave yourselves, okay?
Fantastic Cambodia!
Long live Cambodia!
Good with the lighting of Angkor Vat.
If you do not like lighting, please break all your lamps and stay under the moon light.
Thank you.
Well, Don't blame me for I am of course the son of a slut, adulteress, fornicatress, hussy, jade, and loose woman Viet...
