GOOD PREPARATION IN A CASE OF WAR ERUPTION WITH THAILAND.
good idea. yes, everythings can evolve as the country progresses forward into modernization. ignore the old-school folks who only show skepticism and pessimism on everything cambodia do. it's their own personal problem, really as they seemed not to know how to deal with their own problem. hey, cambodia can always adapt, adopt, change, reform, etc., especially if we see fit and benefit to our country and people. nothing wrong with that, get used to it!
i think cambodia is starting to learnor adopt new idea or concept here. hey, they have spokesperson in every department in the USA, so if cambodia decided to create one, what is the big fuss about it? talking about suppression!
