Despite confirmation from authorities for both sides that Thailand and Cambodia will find an amicable solution to the dispute over the ancient Preah Vihear Temple, Cambodian premier Hun Sen is demanding that Thai troops withdraw from the disputed site.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen told the international press that he has been trying to reduce tension at the border and the possibility of a clash between Thai and Cambodian troops.
He has demanded that Thai soldiers withdraw from the Thai-Cambodian border of the conflict site in Si Sa Ket province first and then Cambodian troops will follow. He cautioned that if Thai forces try to trespass onto sovereign Cambodian territory, they will be met with an armed counter attack.
Meanwhile, as for Thailand, the Foreign Minister, Kasit Piromya and the Defence Minister, General Prawit Wongsuwan expressed confidence that there will be no clash between the two forces at the border and insisted that the bilateral relations will remain intact as dialogue towards reconciliation has been continuing at multiple administrative levels.
In this regard, Commander of the Army Region 2, Lieutenant General Viboonsak Neeparn had a meeting with Cambodian Fourth Provincial Army Commander Lieutenant General Chea Mon in Surin province to discuss the possibility of reducing the size of the troops being deployed at the border, in the hope of reducing tension at the Preah Vihear Temple site.

Mr. Priminister Hun Sen
I support yours....
and I'm ready to fight with Siam..
Cast them out from Cambodia...
Whether we like it or not, the truth of the matter is the United States will indirectly support Thailand -- not direct firefights -- but the United States will logistically provide support to Thailand, ineluctably .
Further, in the past, if you recall during the carpet bombing of Cambodia, geopolitically, Thailand was(and is) a strategically significant location for logical operations (e.g. bombing of Cambodia)for the United States.

I don't know why HUN SEN leaked out the information about what weapons we have. We of course can shoot the aircraft with those weapon can magnet its target. Now the Thai take it serious about HUN SEN warning if the aircraft encroach Cambodian soils. We will shoot them down. Now Thai got to believe what HUN SEN meant. This is still a communist tactics, they don't tell you the truth but they have them too. If Thai want to play with Cambodia they will be a dead meat.
Now all kind of weapons arrive into Cambodia. Before they destroyed all the malfunctioning one and old one. Now they replacing with modern weapons.
Good going HUN SEN!!!!
The Thai is scare now. And they are talking about troops reduction and withdrawal and we don't want them on our soils anymore.
Bravo!!!
Come on Hun Sen you admitted it. We only come to retake back ours!
Sorry Pal, It won't happen this time with Thailand that you got support from USA. No way! There are too much educated Cambodian in American politic. During there were a few highly educated Cambodian origin with Bush's administration.
This is not 40-50 years ago that the rest of the world hardly know exactly where Cambodia located. Now every countries in the world know Cambodia. It ain't going to be happened PAL.
Mark my word that Cambodia will defeat Thailand easy.
Admitted what?? Should Cambodia do the same to our provinces in Thailand?
If HUN SEN instigate the Khmer population in Thailand to rise up Thailand will be encountering with chaos.
KhmerPP,
9:43am YOU ARE ALITLE SMARTER THAN HUN XEN THE PHD!
Have you stupid Khmers on this site ever known that the Preah Vihear temple is situated on a cliff which is beyond Cambodia's natural boundary-- and that Hun Sen is talking about a piece of land surrounding the temple that was not ruled by the Hague. Unfortunately, the area is in Thailand's watershed, our promised land by international laws-- and by God. Hun Sen, Hor Nam Hong and those in Phnom Penh have only told one half of the truth. The told lies on the other half of the story just to make you Khmer fellows more dependent on him and his communist party in disguise. That's why Thailand fight for the land. Forget the Preah Vihear, Thailand has never been interested in it. You can trust me we have more than that. But we will protect our sovereignty over those pieces of the sacred land in our watershed. Have you ever been there? No, I gues. Then go to see by your own eyes, you wll understand how stupid your leaders are.
Stupid 2:00 pm
Go back to study the read history of your Siam, not the fake history that your Siam government try to fool all a Siam. Almost half of your Siam lands country was belong to Khmer empire. So do not bark any more and keep your stupid idea in your anus.
