The major youth unions of Vietnam and Cambodia have signed a memorandum of understanding to boost exchange of information and experiences on activities they undertake in the 2009- 2010 period.
The agreement was signed in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh by representatives of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) and the Youth Association of Cambodia (YAC).
The signing marked an official visit to Cambodia by Lam Phuong Thanh, Secretary of the Central Committee of the HCYU, from June 27-July 1.
The two sides agreed to enhance the effectiveness of their cooperation activities and exchanges at both national and provincial levels.

Sen is really moving in the correct path......next is the grand cross breeding between uncle Ho's children and Samdach Ta's (Sihanouk) children. Then indochina federation is complete and we take on Phumibol's children as well. Cheyo ah Sen.
